Facilities
The City of Powell Municipal Building is home to the Powell Police Department and City Administrative Offices, in addition to Council Chambers and the East Community Room. Offices are open from 8am-5pm weekdays with Council Chambers & the East Room available for rent until 9pm.
Note:
Renters are responsible for setting up the space to their liking and cleaning it up when done.*
*Council Chambers: returning it to the set-up pictured on the wall by the entrance before leaving.
*East Room: Cleaning and collapsing all tables, stacking all chairs, taking out the trash, erasing white board, vacuuming.
