Community members & groups are welcome to rent the Solar Shelter for the full day 9am-9pm; however, they must complete the new Special Event Permit found at: https://cityofpowell.us/parade-or-assemblage-permit/.
Splash Pad is open Memorial Day - Labor Day.
Solar Shelter rental DOES NOT include a guarantee that the Splash Pad will be operating.
